As a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, we take care of system hosting, data storage and back-up, security and performance. This can mean significant ongoing savings and simplified management for our clients.
We make getting a customized system affordable by keeping initial set-up costs low. We consider the time and expertise, which goes into building each client platform, as an investment in our customers. Fixed monthly costs include hosting, training, support and additional development time. We do not charge a per-head license fee which means that our clients are able to afford to provide access to greater numbers of staff and volunteers at national and regional levels.
