Bristol-based online data services portals provider Blue Tahiti Software has launched a new B2B portal promising "the easiest, fastest and most cost effective way to get hot new prospects for products and services currently". Known as More Like This, the unique online portal aims to deliver low cost targeted prospecting to the marketer or SME business user.
As the portal name suggests, users simply enter a company name typically one of their best customers and More Like This uses advanced analysis to find similar looking companies (clones) in the three million plus UK business universe. As well as providing contact details for marketing purposes, the portal also provides detailed, up-to-date financials about each prospect,allowing the user to make a more informed risk decision. Users can optionally modify the search criteria to refine targeting,and then download the desired number of records.
A range of pre-defined packs allow users to specify what information they want in their file. This can range from basic contact info through to key financial indicators such as credit rating and suggested credit limits. The service is offered without the need for a contract and Blue Tahiti offers a range of volume discounts.
